The street food trucks will include The Bucket List with loaded fries and The Waffle Wagon.
There are picnic benches outside the barn, home to businesses such as The Galley Deli and Zoe Bidwell Bespoke Flowers, and visitors can walk around the apple and blossom orchards.
Kate London, marketing and events manager, said: "The Blossom Fair is an extension of our farmers' market and it is all about showcasing and supporting local producers."
