Bosses of a city cafe are celebrating earning a four-star food hygiene rating after responding swiftly to being given one star by inspectors.
Rasa's Cafe in Earlham West Centre - which offers Lithuanian and other Eastern European cuisines - said it was quickly putting things right after the one-star report from a February inspection was published last month.
Now that hard work has paid off after it was given the second-highest score.

Meda Varanauskaite, who co-owns the restaurant with her family, says the one-star review came due to a misunderstanding with documentation and training, which has now been put in place.
Ms Varanauskaite said: "We are really happy with the new review, in fact, we're ecstatic.
"We've now got all the correct training and documentation in place and we are so happy."
When approached for comment by the Evening News following the first investigation Ms Varanauskaite said she had already begun the necessary training sessions for her staff.
The report at the time had noted food hygiene standards are "generally satisfactory and maintained" but that there had been "lapses" in food handling processes and procedures.
