A driver has been arrested after a crash near Norwich.
Police were called to reports of a collision involving a cyclist and a car on the B1108 at Colney at 10.51am today (May 18).
The cyclist has been taken to hospital with serious head and neck injuries.
After investigations by police, the driver was arrested on suspicion of drug driving.
