If you see our crews in the area, please stay calm and give our team the space they need to work. Every exercise is a chance test our plans to keep everyone safe! pic.twitter.com/5HWceShbjG
In a tweet, a spokesman wrote: "If you see our crews in the area, please stay calm and give our team the space they need to work.
"Every exercise is a chance to test our plans to keep everyone safe."
Fire crews were at Carrow Road in March to practice a similar exercise at the football stadium which allows crews to plan for the event of a blaze in difficult-to-reach areas.
