A listed building which has sat empty in an up-and-coming Norwich street for several years is set to get a new lease of life.
Number 23 to 25 St Augustines Street is being transformed into a contemporary art gallery Bluey Bluey, opening this Saturday (May 27).
The gallery has been established by Lee Ratcliffe and he will work alongside Moosey Art, in Labour in Vain Yard, to showcase emerging artists.
Moosey, a rapidly growing art dealer in Norwich, is headed up by Frazer Bailey.
The brand has two London galleries, prints and sells limited edition prints, and has recently started up a Norwich artist residency programme.

Mr Ratcliffe said: "I have always wanted my own project and I said to Frazer it would be great to have something which runs alongside Moosey.
"It will work as a starting point for up-and-coming, emerging contemporary artists, as a stepping stone to then work with Moosey.
"If the work feels right, we will take it."
The new gallery will see 12 exhibitions a year, with an opening every month, and is already booked up for the first year.
Bluey Bluey will be open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from midday to 5pm.
