A new "ethical" hairdressers is set to launch in the Royal Arcade later this month.
The Ethical Hairdresser is opening in the unit previously occupied by Saffire Chocolates.
Owner Ric Gardner-Collis is spearheading the new business, claiming to be committed to following sustainable practices by using products that are organic, biodynamic, vegan, cruelty-free, plastic-free and sustainable with zero waste.
Mr Gardner-Collis, who has worked in the hairdressing sector for more than a decade and trained at salons in London, has a longer-term aim to "educate" his clients and the hairdressing sector on ways in which they can make their hair care routines and services more mindful.
"I am thrilled to be opening soon in the Royal Arcade - I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else," he said.
