The owner of a Norwich cafe has been left "devastated" after her shop was defaced by a vandal caught red-handed on CCTV.

Rhianna Royall, the owner of Out of the Blue, found recorded footage of a man ripping their new £200 advertisements off the fence at 7.30am on Thursday, June 1.

Rhianna Royall said: "We had just bought two new banners advertising our new pizza and a pint deal, and we found a video of a guy ripping them and walking off."
