Award-winning NR3 business, Norwich Cauldron, has announced that it is up for sale, with its previous owners looking for someone to "fulfil its full potential".

The Magdalen Street store was established in 2022 and quickly built a loyal customer base with 100pc five-star reviews across Google, Facebook and Tripadvisor.

In its first year, Norwich Cauldron won the Muddy Stilettos Award for the Best New Lifestyle Startup in Norfolk.

Founder Rachel Watkins said: "There is scope to grow the business in a number of ways.

"By expanding the offering of interactive experiences, utilising the rear shop space for additional activities, or even relocating the business to a more prime location, new owners could make the most of the Norwich Cauldron brand."

Situated in the "up-and-coming" Magdalen Street, the premises is surrounded by a thriving community of other small businesses including The Malt and Mardle, the Norfolk Soap Company, Crafting Chicken, Bread Source and Venus Vinyl.

Annual rent for the premises is £8,100, with the business valued at £7,500 plus stock.
