A road in Long Stratton is due to close for a number of days over the next two months for road works.
The A140 Norwich Road will close with road surfaces are set to be replaced, line painting carried out, and cat’s eyes (road studs) renewed.
The work, which is weather dependent, will be carried out after the last bus at 8.10pm with any closures only in place for a few hours at a time.
The road will shut on June 16 for road stud removal, on June 27 and July 4 for surface dressing, and on July 14 for road marking and stud replacement.

Fully signed diversion routes will be in operation for the duration of the works and access to properties will be maintained.
The county council thanks people for their patience while the works are carried out.
With an estimated total cost of £95,000, the work will be carried out by the council’s community and environmental services department and their contractors.
