A family is hoping they can give their daughter "the best summer ever" in anticipation of her second open heart surgery in three years.
Everleigh-Rose, from Mile Cross, was born four weeks early and diagnosed with severe hearing loss at birth before a routine appointment found a heart murmur.
The tiny tot was diagnosed with bicuspid aortic valve, severe stenosis of the aorta and left ventricle hypertrophy, as well as severe short-sightedness which could result in blindness.

It resulted in the now four-year-old having open heart surgery in September 2020 with six-month check-ups - the latest confirming the devastating news that Everleigh-Rose's condition was deteriorating.
Fawn Cooke and her partner of 15 years, Ashely Frost, along with their other two daughters - Esmee, 11 and Sarhara, 13 - are now pleading with the Fine City to help them give Everleigh-Rose "the best summer ever."
Fawn, 35, said: "She'll need a triple bypass and have both her valves replaced - the date of which we should learn at her next checkup in September/October time.
"It's devastating - sometimes I don't want to get out of bed.
"But Everleigh-Rose is the happiest little girl in the world and the light of everyone's life - so if she wakes up with a smile on her face every morning, what right do I have to be sad?
"We want to give her the best summer ever because you just don't know if it'll be the last one."

A JustGiving page was set up to help raise £3,000 for the family, which will also help towards accommodation when Everleigh-Rose goes to Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital Hospital in London for her operation.
Ashley works full-time to support the family, with Fawn a full-time carer for their daughter.
She added: "It would take a lot of pressure off about paying for the time spent at intensive care and help me focus on other things while she's there.
"We're thankful to everyone who has helped Everleigh-Rose so far and appreciate any help people can give to our daughter."
