New data has revealed the most expensive streets in Norwich to buy a home.
Estate agent Savills has calculated the average sale price for homes on different roads and streets in the city.
Locations in the Golden Triangle top the list, with all locations in the top five being within about a mile radius and two postcode areas.
Town Close Road, which connects the busy Newmarket Road and Ipswich Road, tops the list with an average sale price of £971,500.
This is followed by Judges Walk at £805,125 and in third place is Newmarket Road, which has an average sale price of £745,250.
The data is based on sales over the last 10 years where there have been 10 or more properties sold.

Natalie Howlett-Clarke, joint head of residential sales at Savills in Norfolk, said: “These prices are of course averages, so there will be variation within individual roads.
"The roads mentioned all share similar characteristics and it’s no surprise to see them in the top five.
"They’re all, broadly speaking, within what’s known as Norwich’s ‘Golden Triangle’ – an area that’s incredibly popular with professionals and young families alike.

"With tree-lined streets and a variety of attractive period properties, the area boasts an enviable selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs, so there is a lovely community feel.
"It’s also just a short walk to the city centre, there are a variety of theatres, Waitrose is close by and both the University of East Anglia and the Norwich University of the Arts are within easy reach, as is the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
"Eaton Park and Earlham Park provide plenty of green space for those who want to get out and about and stretch their legs – so there is something for everyone.”
