A pair of acclaimed chefs will be celebrating seasonal and local ingredients at their new supper club in Norwich.
Eric Snaith is the chef-owner of Titchwell Manor on the Norfolk coast, near Brancaster, which holds three AA Rosettes for culinary excellence.
He also owns sister brands Eric's Fish and Chips and Eric's Pizza and the latter has a concession at food hall Yalm in Norwich's Royal Arcade.

Mr Snaith is teaming up with Eric's Pizza head chef Fred Bambridge for Supper in the City, with the first one on Tuesday, July 4 2023 from 7pm.
There will be five courses starting with pizza, ricotta, wild garlic and salami followed by tomatoes, samphire, olive oil and lemon.
Next is butter-poached cod, bonito, peas, lettuce and bottarga and then lamb tenderloin and belly, courgette, salsify and Titchwell Garden vegetable salad.

The dessert is strawberries, elderflower, jelly and ice cream.
Mr Snaith and Mr Bambridge said: "We will be cooking food we love to eat that is seasonal and local where possible - expect fresh summer flavours with a punch."
Supper in the City tickets cost £50pp on Eventbrite and the next one will be in the autumn.
