With his Benoli restaurant Mr Boon has featured in the Michelin Guide 2023 and received a glowing review from Grace Dent in the Guardian last year, who said: "If this place was closer to my house, I would eat here a lot."
It is also running a competition on its Instagram account ahead of the opening to win two tickets for the opening night along with a £100 voucher.
