Helen Shepherd, who has owned the shop for four and a half years, said: "I've had a lot stolen this year.
"In total, I think I've had about £2,000 worth of stock stolen this year alone.
"I understand there's been a cost-of-living crisis but this isn't food or formula for someone's child.
"This person has brazenly targeted a small business.
"I wasn't 100pc sure anything had been taken until I looked back at the footage.
"I'm at the end of my tether with it all."
The theft, on Saturday, July 1, has been reported to the police. A spokeswoman confirmed: "The incident occurred on Saturday at 3.12pm when three items were stolen from a premises in St Benedict's Street, Norwich."
Helen added: "It's been really tough for businesses lately.
"These thefts are making my life a lot harder, whether it's working more and taking extra steps to keep the shop safe, or affording the running costs.

"Whenever I feel like I start to get a foothold on the year, something else like this happens and gets me down again.
"But I'm not going to let this woman get away with it - I'm definitely not expecting to get the sex toys back but it's becoming principle.
"I want any other potential thieves to know that I'm not a soft touch."
