From a gazebo held together by cable ties to three cafés and a vintage trailer, it has been a whirlwind five years for Adam Wright.
Mr Wright, 41, from Newmarket, has just opened the third branch of Wright's at 1 Bank Plain in Norwich, in the former home of Watsons Estate Agents.
His business had humble beginnings as a market stall in Bury St Edmunds in October 2018, offering toasties and salads.
The father-of-three then opened a small café in the town in 2019, but was forced to close it during the pandemic - when he pivoted by offering takeaway deliveries.

Then in 2020, he launched a 100-seater café in a former Pizza Hut restaurant in Bury St Edmunds and earlier this year he took on the café at Helmingham Hall, also in Suffolk.
He has now opened a café in Norwich and it features nature-inspired artwork and vintage furniture, including a long table for communal dining.
Mr Wright, who also has a trailer for events, said: "I love Norwich - it is a very cool city and I already came here a lot to see bands and for shopping.
"I was on a night out at Gonzo's when I bumped into my landlord for the Bury St Edmunds site and he said he had found the perfect spot for me in Norwich."

On offer is a range of hot and cold drinks, build-your-own salads, sausage rolls, cakes and its famous toasties, with around half the menu vegan.
The brunch menu launches on July 10 and he has also applied to the council for outdoor seating and to serve alcohol.

Mr Wright added: "The reaction in Norwich has been amazing and overwhelming - it is nice that people are supporting us.
