A shop in the heart of the Golden Triangle is going up for sale at auction.
The store, previously The Printer Shop, is for sale in Unthank Road with a guide price of £225,000 to £250,000.
The current shop tenant has been trading for many years and is closing the business due to retirement.
A one-bedroom flat sits above the shop, with a bathroom, kitchen and living space.
