Brewery Tap hosting garden party with Deya tap takeover

The Brewery Tap in NR3 is hoping the event will be fun for all ages when it gets under way this Saturday (July 15).

And craft beer fans in particular will be in for a treat as Cheltenham brewery Deya, which has been snapping up awards in recent years, will be setting up its own bar pouring 15 of its beers for the day.

Nina Bullock, of the Brewery Tap, said: "It is going to be a really lovely day and fun for all the family with great food, beer and music.

"Deya is one of the top-rated breweries in the county and we are lucky to have them come and visit with a huge range of beers in all different styles and the team will be there to chat about what they do.

"Foreign Locals, who are a fantastic and energetic band, will be performing in the afternoon and late into the night we will have the brilliant DJ Imposter Syndrome playing until late."

 As well as the huge range of beers and live music, guests will have the chance to win prizes from Deya by spinning their big wheel.

There will also be outdoor games to get involved with, including giant Jenga, a lucky dip for children and a boozy lucky dip for adults with unique craft beers among the prizes.

Resident kitchen Motherchip will be serving up barbecue food during the day offering smashed burgers, hot dogs and its signature loaded chips.

The event kicks off at noon until the pub shuts at midnight and the live music will start at 4pm.
