A popular city centre restaurant, bar and cafe has closed until further notice.
A sign has appeared in the window of The Last in St Georges Street.
It reads: "The Last is currently closed.
"Apologies to our loyal customers.
"More information will be available on our social media in the coming days."
No further details have been given, but it is understood that some customers who booked tables at the long-standing establishment have had their reservations cancelled.
Formerly known as The Last Wine Bar, the restaurant has been at its current home for 33 years.

It was saved from closure in 2019 by a consortium of investors after a previous owner retired and was reopened following the Covid pandemic with chef Iain McCarten in charge.
As recently as Saturday the restaurant's Instagram account had posted an update advertising that tables were still available for that evening.
The Last and Mr McCarten have been contacted for comment.
