The first houses from a 153-home development in one of Norwich's fastest-growing areas have gone on the market.
Families are expected to begin moving into a collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes at Cringleford Heights later this year.

The development, which is five miles southwest of the city centre, will include a new primary school, allotments, play areas, and a community orchard among other on-site facilities.
Prices for a three-bedroom home start from £335,000 and a four-bedroom from £420,000.
"We’re delighted to have launched Cringleford Heights, situated just a stone’s throw from Norwich," said Karen Coulson, sales and marketing director at the estate's developer, Crest Nicholson Eastern.
"New residents are due to be welcomed later this year.

With plans in place for over 1,300 homes and a new 420-place primary school, the community is one of the fastest-growing areas in Norwich.
But concerns have been raised by community leaders and locals over the village's lack of infrastructure - including schools and GP surgeries.
