See Norwich in a new light on an illuminated walk running in the city, which will raise money for a great cause.
Cancer Research UK is bringing its Shine Night Walk back to Norwich on Saturday, October 7 2023 and it starts in Chapelfield Gardens at 7.10pm.
Entries are open now for the 10k event and participants can choose to raise money for the area of life-saving research closest to their hearts or the charity's overall work.

The route will pass city landmarks such as Norwich Castle, Norwich Cathedral, Dragon Hall and Cow Tower and it ends at The Halls.
Entry packs include a walking number, back sign, t-shirt, sponsorship form and welcome letter with a course map.

Participants are encouraged to light themselves up with flashing and glow-in-the-dark accessories.
Michael Jarvis at Cancer Research UK said: "10k is just over six miles and takes between 1.5 to 3 hours to complete.
"Participants can go at their own pace, from a stroll to a lively stride or a full-on power walk - passing the city’s well-loved landmarks.”
