However you like your eggs in the morning, there are now more opportunities to enjoy breakfast at a gastropub on the outskirts of Norwich.
The award-winning Kings Head in Bawburgh, which holds two AA Rosettes for culinary excellence, is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year.
The Wimmer family, who took on the pub in 1983, has planned a busy 2023 event calendar to mark the occasion.

The breakfast menu has also been expanded, with new dishes such as American-style pancakes.
Other items include The Kings Full fry-up, Eggs Benedict, Florentine or Royale and Bubble and Squeak Hash.
Anton Wimmer, owner, said: “We’ve always offered breakfast to our B&B guests and alongside this locals could book in with us to enjoy an early breakfast too, but we decided to extend our times as the local support has been brilliant.

While booking online is advised it is now open to walk-ins too - breakfast is only for B&B guests on Mondays.
