More than a month of work is set to begin today on a busy road near Norwich.
Dereham Road will see works carried out in stages from Gurney Road to Longwater Lane with drivers warned that delays are "likely".
There will also be work carried out on the pavements and around the junction of East Hills Road and Richmond Road.

Temporary two-way traffic lights will be in place in Dereham Road at the Richmond Road junction from July 24 to September 5.
There will also be a temporary road closure for two nights during the week commencing August 28.
Delays are also expected as a speed limit restriction of 20mph will be in place.

East Hills Road at the junction with Richmond Road will be closed on either September 17 or September 24.
Horseshoe Close junction will be closed from July 24 to September 27.
The works come as part of the £32m Transforming Cities Fund scheme that will see a series of changes around Norwich.
