Breakfast

Visit the bakery all Norwich folk love for a croissant first thing in the morning.

Freshly baked and irresistible, choose from a pain au chocolat, or almond or plain croissant for between £2 and £3.

If you fancy something savoury, this affortable breakfast spot in the city offers "things near toast" including eggs, beans and jam from £3.95 or a breakfast sandwich containing eggs, sausage or bacon from £3.75.

Lunch

Logans Sandwich Bar

Where: 5 Swan Lane, Norwich, NR2 1HZ

Build your own sandwich or choose from the café's set menu with options from £4.70.

The menu features BBQ chicken melt, Logan's cheese steak, a Mediterranean panini and a Southwest Wrap.

Alternatively, build your own salad for £5.20.

Choose three salad leaves, pick four salad items from a long list, one dressing and one main item - including falafel, BBQ jackfruit, prawns and salt beef.

Indian Feast

​Where: Norwich Market, Gentlemans Walk, Norwich, NR2 1NA

Indian Feast offers a range of vegetarian curries and snacks such as chickpea and red kidney bean curry, samosas, bhajis and pakoras.

Everything is fresh and a seating area is provided, but the stall is only open Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 3pm.

Small portions cost £5 and large portions cost £6, offering filling and healthy meals for a very reasonable price.

Dinner

The NR2 shop selling locally sourced, organic food, offers 12-inch artisan pizzas every Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 5pm and 9pm.

The sourdough bases can be topped with ingredients including tiger prawns, chorizo, Serrano ham and black olives with prices starting at £7.

Grosvenor Fish Bar

Choose from options such as a fish cake, sausages, chicken nuggets or a pie, with chips.

Meals start at £5.50 to eat in at the famously popular Norwich staple.

Fish is more expensive - but perhaps you have some money left over from earlier in the day.
