Enjoy a three-course meal followed by an evening of Georgian intrigue at a city hotel and restaurant.
The Assembly House is hosting Murder in the Music Room - a murder mystery evening with danger in the air and surprises on the guest list.
Guests are dropped in the mid-1700s where Norwich architect Thomas Ivory is performing with his theatre group when tragedy strikes.
The evening starts with mulled wine and canapes including spiced prawn tartlets and stilton toasts.
The meal will have a starter of a mosaic of smoked chicken, ham and pheasant or chilled beetroot Charlotte and a main of overnight beef stew or celeriac fondant.
This is followed by a dessert of trifle with raspberries, almond praline and stem ginger.
Georgian dress is encouraged for guests, but not compulsory.
Theatre company Dreamstone Productions created the evening and specialises in murder mystery events across East Anglia.
Murder in the Music Room is taking place at the Assembly House on November 25 and tickets cost £65 per person.
