A new coffee shop with a Caribbean vibe and a good cause in the background has opened near Norwich Cathedral.
Blue Bear Coffee Co has brought "doughnuts, coffee and justice" to Tombland as it uses its profits to fund anti-slavery operations in the Dominican Republic.
Started by former city police officer Bryn Frere-Smith after he began investigating child exploitation on the island, he describes Blue Bear Coffee Co as "an anti-slavery organisation which serves coffee".
Prior to opening its first shop this week, the company sold its products online and at pop-up stalls around the country, most recently appearing at Norwich Triathlon.

Mr Frere-Smith said the company had seen a good first few days.
He said: "It's been a really good start, the area is bustling with tourists.
"We've had some great characters coming through the doors since we opened.

"Having the coffee shop means the charity isn't reliant on things like fun runs and skydivers, we've got a regular income."
As well as serving coffee to city folk, Blue Bear Coffee Co also supplies other businesses.
