A man has been arrested in Norwich on suspicion of drink driving and possessing drugs.
Officers from the Norwich East Safer Neighbourhood Team were out on proactive patrols when they stopped a vehicle in Daniels Road at 7pm on Thursday (August 10).
The driver, a man in his 50s, was arrested on suspicion of drink driving and following a search he was further arrested for possession of Class B drugs.
He has since been charged with failing to provide a sample and possession of a Class B drug.
He is due to appear at Norwich Magistrates' Court on September 12.
