A man who was wanted by police has been arrested in Norwich.
Emergency services were called at 7.09am today (August 23) to Stuart Gardens near St Faiths Lane.

The man in his 30s who was wanted for theft and criminal damage offences was arrested at the scene.
He has been taken into custody for questioning.
