Panto is perfect festive entertainment but one city-based company has been turning the genre on its head for five years and is set to come back for its sixth.
The Adult Panto Company takes the classic family pantomime and adds some adult themes.
Strictly for over-18s, the show is always a crowd pleaser and the company is bringing its new season to the Maddermarket Theatre, with tickets on sale now.

This year the company will be sharing ‘Sinderella’ the classic story of Cinderella but only for grown-up ears.
Company director Dan Smith said: “Audiences can expect our biggest adult pantomime to date.

“With all new dazzling costumes, set and effects to compliment the hilarious jokes and outrageous comedy our audiences have come to expect.
“We love coming to Norwich for adult panto – We always have the best audiences who love spending their January nights with us and we are so excited to be back once more.”
Sinderella runs at the Maddermarket from January 3 to 13, 2024.
