A popular US-style deli known for its sausage rolls in Norwich city centre is hunting for a larger premises after saying their current shop was "bursting at the seams".
Bosses at Chef Ron's Kitchen in Lower Goat Lane put their current home on the market earlier this month after the business had outgrown it.
The shop is listed at £9,000 per year rent or £80,000 to take over the entire leasehold, with bosses describing it as a "high footfall" business.
Owner Ron Uhrig, 53, said he was eyeing several larger shops for his deli's new home, all located close to its current site.
He said: "We are bursting at the seams and need a larger facility to continue to serve our wonderful Norwich customers.

"Several larger places are coming available locally but it's all undisclosed for the moment.
"Time for bigger and better opportunities on the horizon.
"Norwich and the Lanes are an exciting place to be so keep your eyes open for coming news."
The deli will remain open for business as usual while Mr Uhrig hunts for a new home.
Chef Ron's Kitchen has made a name for itself for its well-reviewed sausage rolls and the fact it accepts Bitcoin as payment.
