Part of the road is blocked off for the works and temporary lights have been installed.

One commuter said the roadworks have been adding half an hour to their journey.
"It is absolute gridlock in the morning," he said. "It's really infuriating and very stressful.
"The temporary lights do not seem to be syncing up with the other two sets, so it is mayhem."

Another commuter said it took them an hour to drive a 10-minute route at around 4.30pm on Tuesday.
The Artichoke pub posted on Instagram that it is still open but wrote "cheers for letting us know about this council".
A spokesman for the Norfolk County Council said: "This is four days of work for emergency pavement repairs which will be completed on Friday.
"Norfolk County Council apologises for any inconvenience whilst these essential works are carried out."
