After two years of development, a Norwich entrepreneur has just launched an app that is a one-stop shop for locally-made sweet treats.
Dream Drop UK is the brainchild of Brett Hood, 32, and while building the app he ran cake fairs at The Forum in the city to get feedback and to promote it.
Mr Hood studied design and innovation at university and he also spent a decade working in sales.

He got the idea as someone he knew ran a cheesecake business who was overwhelmed with the admin that came with it.
He soon discovered it was a nationwide problem and wanted to create something to streamline the ordering process.
The aim was to give these small business owners more time to do what they do best - baking delicious treats.
He said: "The app is free to download and once you have signed up it will show you all the bakers within a five-mile radius, which you can expand, and then you can choose a shop, add sweet treats to your basket and then select a collection day and pay."

There is no charge for businesses to sign up, Dream Drop UK just takes a 10pc cut on all orders, and bakers can upload pictures and set their own prices.
The 12 businesses listed so far, which are all Norwich-based, are Old School Classics and Delicious Goodies, Scrumptious Home Bakes, Sugar ArtisAna, Bakes Norfolk, Olivia Bakes, Katie's Bakes, Baking Addict, Goody's, Crispy Delights, The Cake Maid, Cina's Delicious Cakes and Lina's Treats.
He now wants to expand the app across Norfolk and eventually nationwide.
Mr Hood added: "The bakers are happy with how simple it is to use and I will now be hosting events across Norfolk to get more sellers onboard.
It is called Dream Drop UK on the Apple Store and Dream Drop on Android.
