A city restaurant is up for a prestigious national award just six months after opening.

My Makan, which opened in Westlegate in March, has been shortlisted in the Asian Curry Awards 2023.

More than 200 venues across the country sit on the shortlist and will be whittled down to the top hundred by online votes from the public.
