From jewellery to ceramics, a popular makers' market returns to Norwich this weekend with new additions.

The Local Makers Market is back at The Shoe Factory Social Club at St Mary's Works in NR3 on Saturday, September 30 and Sunday, October 1 from 10am to 4pm on both days.

There is free entry and it is a dog-friendly event, with free tote bags for the first 50 visitors each day.

There will be 80 local makers appearing across the weekend, with unique handmade products for sale including jewellery, ceramics, clothing and homewares.

Local DJ Soundwax will provide the musical backdrop to the market and there will also be street food and a coffee truck.

Rosie Nolan, the organiser, said: "We have carefully selected 80 local makers who will be trading across the two days.

"Children can enjoy our free crafting table to make some eco-insects from all sorts of biodegradable materials.

"It is going to be a fantastic event to visit and it is free of course!"
