Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a teenager was robbed by a man.
The incident, which happened near the primary school in Dragonfly Lane, Cringleford, saw a young teenage boy have a bag stolen by a man aged between 30 and 40 years old.
Police are urging people in the area to check any CCTV, doorbell, or dashcam footage to find the man.
A police spokeswoman said: "This was reported to us as happening at a park in Dragonfly Lane, on Sunday 24 September, at around 3.30pm to 3.40pm.
"The incident involved a man aged 30 to 40 approaching a young teenage male and demanding he hand over his black canvas bag which contained a mobile phone, keys and wallet.
"We have conducted house to house enquiries and looked at available CCTV but this has not so far identified a suspect.
"Inquiries are continuing and we are appealing for witnesses and anyone with CCTV/door bell footage to come forward.
"The mobile phone has since been recovered.
"The male is described as white, around 180cm tall and of medium build, aged between 30 and 40 years old.
"He was wearing a black coat which reached down above his knees, black jogging bottoms, a black hat and a black face covering.
"The police are keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident and we would urge residents to check their CCTV or door bell/dash cam cameras, for footage of a male matching that description especially in the Dragonfly Lane/Jasmine Walk area of Cringleford, but also Harts Lane/Colney Lane and roads off those.
"Anyone with any information is asked to contact Robert McMahon in the South Norfolk District Crime Unit on 101 or via Robert.mcmahon@norfolk.police.uk quoting CAD 263 of September 24."
