A bakery chain has opened its first branch in Norwich.
Cornish Bakery has taken over the former home of O2 at 31 Castle Street and opened its doors today (September 28).
The building had been empty for two years after the mobile phone company closed its store in 2021.
Cornish Bakery is a chain that sells a variety of hot drinks, baked goods and cakes.
This is the company's 59th branch in the UK including nearby stores in Southwold and Bury St Edmunds.
Mary Jayne, general manager of the store, said: "This morning has been amazing and Norwich has been so welcoming.

"I feel like we're really part of the city and fit in here."
The opening of the bakery follows a year of significant change in the street with the launch of Lucy and Yak as well as Yalm over the last 12 months.
Steve Grocutt, the founder of Cornish Bakery, said: “Our vision is to redefine what a bakery does and can be.
"Our new bakery interior takes its inspiration from the Millennium Library and we have even painted the exterior green for the football fans.
"We also believe a bakery should be part of the community so we will be involved in community and charity events.”
The bakery is open from 8am until 6pm seven days a week.
