There will be stalls both inside and outside The Forum selling products from across Africa and the Caribbean as well as a street food market.
Robert, of Norwich Global Village Market, said: "The African and Caribbean Market celebrates the diversity of Norfolk, our lovely corner of England.
"We are proud to showcase wonderful products and food from different African and Caribbean nations, as well as support Black-owned businesses.
"It's exciting that we will share the venue with Norfolk Black History Month, who launch their month of activities on the same day."
The African and Caribbean Market will take place from 10am to 5pm and is free to enter.
