The opening date has now been announced for the huge new Mountain Warehouse store in Norwich.
In August this year, it was revealed that the outdoor clothing and equipment brand was taking on the former Topshop site at 15-17 Haymarket, off Gentleman's Walk.
Despite a 'closing down for relocation' sign on the window of the pre-existing London Street branch in the city, a spokesperson for Mountain Warehouse has confirmed that it will remain open.
The opening date for the new Haymarket branch has now been announced as Saturday, October 21 2023.

Mountain Warehouse has more than 330 stores across the UK, North America, Europe and New Zealand.
Topshop in Norwich closed its doors in February 2021 and PPR Estates bought the building from the administrator for an undisclosed fee in October 2021.
Morrisons was previously expected to take on the site but at the start of August this year, a spokesperson revealed that this was no longer going ahead.
