Get hands-on at a leading Norfolk vineyard and be rewarded for your efforts with a slap-up supper.
Chet Valley Vineyard in Bergh Apton, just south of Norwich near Loddon, is bringing back its community harvest days over three consecutive weekends.
This will be on October 7 and 8, October 14 and 15 and, if there are still more grapes to pick, on October 21 and 22.

At the events, volunteers descend on the vineyard to help with the gathering of the grapes.
Those taking part receive refreshments throughout the day, which culminates with a free harvest supper in the winery in the evening - complete with wine, of course.
John Hemmant, owner and winemaker at Chet Valley, said: “People love getting involved in the vineyard and being part of the process which results in the end product.
