An Italian patisserie shop is looking to open in the city centre.
Il Tiramisu has applied to Norwich City Council for a licence to open at 11 Bank Plain.
The patisserie has been proposed by Marco Papale who plans to provide takeaways as well as home delivery.
Documents submitted to the council state: "The space is being repurposed into an Italian patisserie and will mainly be providing a takeaway service.

"Home deliveries will be through reputable delivery companies, such as Just Eat or Deliveroo."
The business also plans to sell alcohol for consumption off the premises including spirits served from behind the counter.
Mr Papale has applied for the shop to be open from 7am to 6pm from Monday to Saturday.
He is planning to launch the business around mid-November.
Members of the public have until October 26 to comment on the application.
