The man behind one of the city's best-loved restaurants recently began a kitchen residency at a Golden Triangle pub.

Derek Hardy, of Spanish eatery Don Txoko in St Benedicts Street, has launched Charred Kitchen at The Warwick Arms pub in Norwich.

The pub itself is owned by Nick and Briony De'Ath, whose portfolio includes the nearby William and Florence and The Unthank Arms among others.
