The new owner of a long-running Norwich Market stall is a familiar face in the city food scene.
Derek Hardy, of Don Txoko, On the Bone and Charred Kitchen, is now running Henry's Hog Roast at stall 81 in row D.
He has taken the hog roast stall over from Neil Bowman, who recently hung up his apron strings after 13 years there.

Mr Hardy said: "It is a dream come true - ever since I came to Norwich 27 years ago I have always loved the market and the idea of having a stall there.

"Henry’s Hog Roast is a bit of an institution and with so many places that we love closing, it is a privilege to be able to keep it going.
"We will be keeping the basics of locally roasted meats and cooking them really well, but we will be serving more accompaniments, sauces and specials from around the world."
For fellow stallholder Sir Toby's Beers' 'Oktobyfest' event on October 13, Henry's Hog Roast be offering Bavarian shredded pork knuckle with sauerkraut, pork crackling and beer gravy in a pretzel roll from 6.30pm until late.
The normal opening hours are 11.30am to 3pm Monday to Saturday.
