A major designer fashion chain is moving into the former site of Sports Direct.
Flannels is moving into the three-floor retail space in Chantry Place in Norwich.
It stocks brands including Prada, The North Face and Vivienne Westwood.
The space was previously occupied by Frasers Group's sportswear retailer Sports Direct - which moved into Frasers's new concept store in the shopping centre last month.
