The former home of a popular city restaurant has been put on the market.
The premises of The Last brasserie and wine bar, in St Georges Street, are available to let for £37,000 a year with Brown&Co.
The fully licensed two-storey premises was last occupied in July when the business suddenly closed.
Brown&Co say the restaurant is "beautifully decorated" and that its fixtures and fittings can be included for a separately negotiated price.
The ground floor is divided into a cafe with a traditional shop front and a bar and restaurant.

In the large basement there is a kitchen with a wash and prep room, a basement bar and additional restaurant seating.
Cloakrooms and stairs to the bar and restaurant areas can be found off the basement.
Additional outdoor seating is in the rear courtyard and at the front of the cafe on St Georges Street.
Anna Smith, commercial surveyor at Brown&Co, said: “70-76 St Georges Street has had strong interest from the market because of the building’s reputation for quality and the fact it offers well-presented, versatile space.
“It provides an excellent opportunity for a business owner to be able to get up and running quickly.”
