A new guidebook aimed at tourists and locals alike reveals the 111 places in Norwich that you shouldn't miss.
It was written by Martin Dunford who has worked in travel publishing for most of his career and he also founded the website Cool Places.
His new book, with photography by Karin Tearle, is a guide to the sights and secrets of Norwich and the surrounding areas - from its magnificent cathedral to the legends and stories behind its historic pubs.
Mr Dunford, who splits his time between London and Norfolk, said: "It is not a traditional guidebook as it is also aimed at locals who may have overlooked places on their doorstep.
"I met so many interesting people writing the book, who said they wouldn't live anywhere else."
Mr Dunford's favourite places to visit in Norwich include The Great Hospital in Bishopgate, which dates back to medieval times, and Looses Emporium in Magdalen Street.
You can buy the book online through Amazon or Waterstones or in-store in Norwich at Jarrold, Waterstones and The Book Hive.
