Two stars of the city food scene are launching a new pizza and dessert spot in the Norwich Lanes.
Slice on the Lanes is set to open at 3 Bridewell Alley in mid-November, which is in the former home of Sicily Trattoria next to the Sue Ryder vintage shop.
It will be the third city kitchen launched this year by Jeff Taylor, who also has burger joint The Bun X at Micawbers Tavern in Pottergate and, alongside fellow chef Olie McDonald, Bun X Heritage with classic British dishes and Sunday roasts at The Golden Star in Colegate.
Mr Taylor has The Bun Exchange and Mama Joan's, offering burgers and pizzas respectively, at The Empire street food venue in Great Yarmouth too.

Slice on the Lanes is a collaboration with Kat Doonan, who started the sweet treats delivery business Kookie Ko during the pandemic - offering everything from cookie pies to brownies.
It will be open daily for brunch and lunch, for eat-in or takeaway, with coffees, cakes, focaccias, ciabattas, flatbreads and pizza by the slice.

It will also be open for dinner from Thursday to Saturday, which will include craft beers, cocktails, pizza feasts and sides such as deep-fried lasagne bites.
Mr Taylor said: "Everything is based around slices and the emphasis is on great food at great value where people can feast together."
