Staff at the crisis-hit walk-in centre are considering walking out if they are not given reassurance about their pay.
Workers at One Norwich Practices, which runs the centre along with Norwich's busiest GP surgery, have been told the collapsing company only has enough cash to pay them until the end of November.
NHS bosses are working on finding a replacement provider for the services - and to transfer staff over.
But ONP has told its 190-strong team that the organisation does not have sufficient funds to pay their wages beyond the end of November.
The uncertainty has led some staff threatening to walk away from the organisation altogether.
A whistleblower said: "Staff are wondering if they should keep working or walk out from December 1.
"If staff work later than that, then we may not even get paid.
"It is stressful knowing we may all be redundant for Christmas, many of the team are parents with young children and they are worried about how they will get presents for their kids, pay heating bills and have any sort of normal Christmas."
ONP, however, has said it is "confident" that alternative providers for the services will be found and that staff and resources will successfully be transferred over.
A spokesman said: "Since last week's announcement, communications and meetings with staff have been taking place to update and reassure them that work is ongoing with the ICB to ensure that services continue.
"In addition, we have appointed 12 staff who will represent their colleagues throughout this process - the first meeting for staff representatives will take place next week and regular communications will take place as new information becomes available."
A spokesman for NHS Norfolk and Waveney said: "Work is progressing at pace between the ICB and One Norwich Practices to secure providers to take on the services it provides."
