Staff at a city health clinic say their business is being "hit hard" after stormy weather caused their ceiling to collapse.
The roof of a flat above Earlham House Clinic, in Earlham Road, was damaged eight weeks ago resulting in flooding issues.
As the property management firm involved works on resolving the building's issues, the clinic's staff have been trying to get the business back on track as soon as possible.
James Harvey, an osteopath at the clinic, said: "In just a couple of weeks we suffered two separate, significant floods, which resulted in water surging throughout the entire building damaging the floors, doors and walls.

"A week later the ceiling collapsed, shortly after one of my colleagues was using the room.
"Thankfully it was empty at the time but it resulted in a huge flood which damaged the rest of the building.
"Eight weeks later and we're still taking in some water through the ceiling.
"Currently we're left with a studio that is a wet, mouldy building site.
"We're a small business so the impact of the floods is hitting us hard.

"Being down a studio for so long is really affecting the way we work and our ability to service our customers."
Inspired Property Management (IPM) has been liaising with Mr Harvey's landlord Beamworld Ltd to resolve the situation and has supplied dehumidifiers to be used to help dry the studio.
An IPM spokesman said: "A period of particularly inclement weather caused damage to the roofing areas affecting the building areas above the area occupied by Earlham House Clinic.
"IPM arranged a temporary repair to the area to seek, reduce and alleviate damages to the property in the immediacy following the stormy weather.
"Permanent external works are already complete and being independently checked for soundness and suitability."
