The Brazilian-born owner of a chocolate shop near the city has launched a new savoury product with her husband.
Marcela da Costa opened Emporium Norwich at Hellesdon Barns in February 2023 and it specialises in Brigadeiro, a traditional Brazilian truffle.
Alongside her husband Tiago, they have founded a new business called Grana Cheese Rolls - with help from the Broadland Food Innovation Centre.
There are four flavours to choose from - traditional, blue cheese, sundried tomato with mozzarella and basil or black olive and feta.

Mrs da Costa said: "I remember as if it were yesterday my family getting together for food with lots of cheese rolls on the table, known as pão de queijo in Portuguese - Tiago also remembers many moments like this.
"Our grandmothers were from Minas Gerais, which is the region of origin of this product in Brazil."

The product, which has a cassava flour base and is gluten-free, is sold frozen to bake at home, which takes 20 minutes.
Customers can buy them at Emporium Norwich or order online for collection at granacheeserolls.com
They are also available to enjoy hot from 10.30am on Saturdays in the shop.
