The body of a man was found in an incident that saw a busy road closed due to a large police presence.
Officers were called to Salhouse Road in Heartsease at 8.04am on Saturday following the discovery of the body which is believed to be a man in his 20s.
Emergency services attended and closed the road while investigations were carried out.
Fire crews from Sprowston, Carrow and North Earlham were called at 8.11am to help assist the police.
The road was closed while investigations carried out but reopened at 10.34am.
The death is currently being treated as unexplained but is not believed to be suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.
