A city kitchen residency is undergoing a big shake-up due to its ownership changing hands.
Heritage Kitchen is going solo at the Golden Star in Colegate after being taken over by new owner Olie McDonald.
Bun X Heritage launched at the pub in September during Mr McDonald's collaboration with Bun X, run by Jeff Taylor, and was previously called The Bun Exchange.
Bun X will now be leaving the Golden Star to allow Mr McDonald to step up from head chef to owner at Heritage Kitchen.
He said: "This was always the plan and has been in the pipeline.
"Bun X has given me a really good start but now it's time to take things up on my own."

The 30-year-old has worked in restaurants such as Brix and Bones in Norwich, No.Twenty9 in Burnham Market and The Dabbling Duck in Great Massingham.
His Sunday roasts have been a hit for the duration of the Bun X Heritage collaboration and these will remain on the new menu.
Heritage Kitchen will also be branching out into a more multicultural menu serving flatbreads, tacos and other small plates.
Mr McDonald added: "It's not a fully nailed down concept yet but it's time for something new."
